Maree Stace: Manager/Client Services Coordinator Although a Kiwi girl, my hubby and I lived in Aussie for 18 years, had our three children over there and moved back to be closer to family as we all grew up! I am qualified as a Counsellor and enjoy connecting with others who experience challenges. From personal experience I know there is hope even when life feels hopeless and have faith enough in this to hold this for another until they can hold it for themselves. My work with Rachel's House Trust is to oversee our young parents, staff and volunteers. This involves support work, connection, mentoring and counselling for our young families, as well as encouraging strengths in our staff and volunteers to meet the needs of our clients.
Tara Lubbers: Funding Administrator I live in Rangiora, North Canterbury. I am married with four children. Karyn Frew: Administration I am trained as a pre-school teacher and currently work as a school teacher aide in a new entrants’ class. Working alongside children and families I see the importance of parents being supported and children being nurtured. I love being able to contribute to seeing this happen as I work in the administration role, which not only involves the paperwork side of the organisation, but also brings me in direct contact with our young parents and children.

Julie Coster After bringing up a family of 8 children, my leading in life has been to support others. Being a councillor on the Hurunui District Council sees me involved in many social endeavours while allowing me to have a personal involvement within my community such as being a board member for Rachel's House Trust.
